TIGRtokens™ provide investors monthly index returns
Launched in 2017, TIGRtokens™ (private, restricted securities offered under Rule 506 of Regulation D of the Securities Act) were purchased by a limited group of Accredited Investors.
Each TIGRtoken™ purchased provided capital for the Entrex Market Index to purchase a diversified basket of TIGRcubs® from Issuers who listed their securities on the Entrex Capital Market System.
These Issuers, as a group, provided a small diversified basket of monthly yield to TIGRtoken™ owners.
These monthly returns, from the group, provided 12.19% APR* to TIGRtoken™ holders.
In 2018 we anticipate growing the Entrex Market Index capital base through various means.
TIGRtokens™ are tradable via the Entrex eChain™ blockchain technology, subject to federal, state and local regulations. They are not traded publicly and are subject to holding period requirements prior to secondary trading. They are not intended for investors who need a liquid investment.
